1st Level Application Support Help Desk Role

We are the market leaders in Field Service Software. Due to rapid local and international expansion, we require an additional person in our Services & Support team.

You will be providing 1st level telephone and remote access support to our client’s for our software package.

Ideally, you will have a background in IT support and have a desire to broaden your experience by specialising in product support. There are a number of avenues of growth for the right person in this role including moving to 2nd and 3rd level support, programming, and on-site consulting and training.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and a willingness to put extra effort in when the situation demands it.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non technical people.
  • The ability to learn a new software application quickly and adapt to changes in the application.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy to clients needs and a willingness to learn and progress in their career. Salary will be based upon skills and experience.
