The Service Manager (TSM) is an established and niche market software company specialising in field service applications.

TSM currently has openings for IT/Business Consultants based in Sydney Head Office. Your primary duties will include:

  • Installation, business consulting and product training services for existing and new clients
  • Identification, documentation & optimization of customer business processes / workflows
  • Training customers to use agreed workflows in TSM for their benefit
  • Assist with production of training documentation, user manuals and consulting procedure guidelines
  • Take a leading hand in recruiting, training and monitoring our consultant network

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must have strong business consulting and computer skills coupled with a professional presentation, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and can demonstrate an understanding  of the needs of a field service business with staff in the field. You must exude confidence, have a strong client focus and a willingness to learn and progress in your career. You must be patient, diligent and detail oriented with effective administration management skills. You must also own a reliable car and have a valid driver license.

Our office is near the Sydney CBD and within walking distance to the train station with access to a gym, heated lap pool and tennis court.

Sales Consultants Needed in Sydney! Excellent Package!

The Service Manager (TSM) is an established and niche market software company specialising in field service applications and small business management. We work with clients to help them solve their administration problems typically saving them between $50,000 and $100,000 per annum.

TSM currently has an opening for a Sales Consultant in Sydney. TSM Head Office in Sydney provides significant marketing activities to generate the bulk of your appointments. With our solid product, strong marketing and proven sales formula, you have everything you require to be successful in this position. Attractive remuneration package and above average commission are paid with an incentive scheme that rewards excellence. Very realistic achievable sales targets.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development within your designated territory
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintenance of internal database using CRM software
  • Upgrading existing customers
  • Sales Demonstrations/Presentations
  • Participate in promotional events as required – state and national sales conferences, seminars, trade shows, etc
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Other general administration requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must have sales experience, with good oral and written communication skills, must be computer literate and with a good understanding of small business with field staff. 1st Level Application Support Help Desk Role

We are the market leaders in Field Service Software. Due to rapid local and international expansion, we require an additional person in our Services & Support team.

You will be providing 1st level telephone and remote access support to our client’s for our software package.

Ideally, you will have a background in IT support and have a desire to broaden your experience by specialising in product support. There are a number of avenues of growth for the right person in this role including moving to 2nd and 3rd level support, programming, and on-site consulting and training.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and a willingness to put extra effort in when the situation demands it.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non technical people.
  • The ability to learn a new software application quickly and adapt to changes in the application.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy to clients needs and a willingness to learn and progress in their career. Salary will be based upon skills and experience.
